How Does Meditation Work?
Meditation is a relaxation method which has numerous benefits for our mind, body, and spirit. Starting off with just 15 minutes a day, daily meditation can be a life-changing experience. A daily meditation practice has been proven to have overwhelmingly positive results for people who suffer from anxiety, chronic-stress, PTSD, anger, frustration, and more. Meditation puts the individual into a state of calm, and with practice, the individual may learn to do deep interpersonal work on him/herself.

Many people state that their mind is too busy for meditation, that it just doesn't work for them. At Mindful Wellness we have heard this statement more times than we can count. Fortunately, there are MANY styles/forms of meditation; we can help you find something that works for you!

Mindful Wellness Retreats
At Mindful Wellness we understand that more often than not, it’s just too difficult to try and get away for an entire week, outside of “vacation time”. This is why most of our retreats are set-up as 3-4 day events and are normally a 1-2 hour drive from the GTA. Our 3-4 day retreats are up-close and personal, so we have a limit of up to 8 people for a single event.
